Hello, as you can see from my title, I am selling my level 128 account.

Only taking Paypal or RSGP.

Yes, the account did get rolled back as you can see. In the bank picture you can see the 99 capes in which I don't have the 99 in the skills. It is simply because I once had 99 in those skills, bought some 99 capes, and then I got rolled back, leaving me with the 99 capes.

How does it have a Defence cape and an HP cape if it doesn't have 99 in either.

I think the stat picture is a older picture than what they are now.

And why would he do that? he sells it as combat 128, i used a combat calculator and those stats add up to 128, 1 more lvl in any combat stat and he goes to 129... so i think hes faking this pictures :/

Or he probably got rolled back. Level 92 is 1/2 of the exp total for level 99. If I'm not mistaken, 92 has 6m exp.

Read above. It had the 99 cape, and then it got rolled back. The cape still remains in my possession.
