Hi, I'm selling one of my own personal minecraft alpha accounts,
This is what a alpha account is:

" if you got the game for during alpha, you will still get all future updates for free, despite this change. A promise is a promise.
Buying the game during beta will include all updates up until release, of course, and bug patches will be free."

So if there are bigger updates in the future (e.g expansions) an alpha account will get them for free whereas beta accounts may not.
