So this account is rare because it has pax skins.
Old pax skins can no longer be bought and used.

I am the only owner of this account. The account is only level 7 because I do not play nor like league of legends... I just collect rare items.

I did purchase reputation to unlock the refer a friend skins. But that got reset for some reason. "This does not effect the account negatively in any way though"
