Yeah, Got scammed by Wubstep.
I managed to recover the account and make it fully mine again.
( i dunno if i said that right, im dutch)

Oh sorry, didnt read your post right.
Wubstep managed to scam my account, Registered his e-mail to my account and stole my bank.
But i contacted Jagex, and the account is fully in my command again.
