Certainly higher than that. I don't want to wait around for ages while others dim up the increments by 1$ each bid. To give you a good idea of a decent offer to make I'd go above 30$. If someone happens to bid enough, I'll let them have the account also.
I'll set a nice high auto-win at 90$ Paypal. You get the account with the name for that. That way, the person who buys it can transfer the name themselves.

I lowered the auto-win to 90$. It may seem high, but that is what auto-wins are for.

I also have come up with some ideas of how we could do the deal.

It takes 35 days before a name is available again after changing it, So no matter how to trade is done it's risky for the buyer. That being said i'd offer 50M RSGP or $25 via PayPal.
