Selling two game downloads from AMD

I have these coupons from AMD for buying their products. They say a game on them but it is not for those games. One of the coupons here is a silver rewards coupons. With this you can download two games from this list.

what are these used for and where do i play the games at? (pc or console)

They are PC games. Downloaded on steam.
