I haven't seen any rules that says I can't sell my UID. If there is one then let me know.
I dont care about UID's at all I got mine when I registered in 2011. My UID is 159. Philly is selling 100-200 UID's for $150 so i'll sell mine for $100. 
If your interested lmk. Also open to offers.
 
How exactly are UID's traded/bought?

I'm pretty sure Philly would ask for transaction costs like he does with awards.
