Seperate FK Currency?

@Poop Couldn't agree with you more, bought $18 worth of onyx for @New Zealand with coins. They're worthless since nobody buys shit with them since they'll be worthless if the site goes down

I mean hey, you no its bad when you see threads like "Giving away 10k koins" and "Huge Koin Giveaway" or some shit like that.

If people just give them away, you know theres a problem. Maybe make a rule that you cant give them away. And also change the amount you get for posts and threads.

No doubt. OR for each koin that enters the market, the value of koins goes down. Like really money =)

If you haven't realized it yet, you may need to realize that the site is not going anywhere... I have absolutely no intentions of ever shitting the site down, before I would shut the site down I would literally pay someone else to run it if I for some reason was unable. That is a terrible excuse for why you feel koins are not worth as much as they really are.

Valid points here, although imo you should remove a lot of koins from the market so they regain their rarity

@"philly", I believe that adding more features to spend koins on would increase their value.
A single award and the ability to upgrade is great, but for somebody who has already done that, there is little value left.

Another point is that they are most definitely inflated. I sense that you already know this, and plan to reduce the availability of them.
Culling the circulation of koins would also increase their value. This could involve ruling out koin giveaways, and the ability to buy them from the /buy.php directory.
If you were to lower the amount of koins you gain from posting, and make that the sole source of koins, I believe it would not only increase activity on the forum, but also increase the value of koins themselves.

I am closing this thread now, this suggestion is not happening sorry. You all will see new koins features very soon!
