No. Not really. It's like saying "Vegetables are for people that are less secure." as I can quote directly from Glens rep "deleting neg rep only shows insecurity." which is true. What shows even more insecurity is that those rep are actually still there. If they would remove it, they would go into the trap and it would prove even more insecurity. But the best thing is, not removing it is meant to point out that you don't care. But instead, it points out that you care enough to stop removing neg rep.

As pointed out by Oxide there are many assumptions being made in this thread. I have not deleted rep, that was a staff members decision as they have looked at it and deemed this to be in breach of the community rules. They took the action which is straight from the book which resulted in those members being banned for one week.

Now if the members had real concerns all they needed to do was send me a PM, like I have told everyone on these forums and I will do my best to answer them.

I can't be more open then this and I think I have been very open with everyone on these forums. Me and RAF have some great plans and it's not 100% about making money, the forums need to pay for themselves and need to return a monthly profit for this to be worth doing. Hence the reasons I am making the changes.

If anyone does not want to be part of this and continues trying to cause trouble then it is best they do not stay in the community any more.

I am getting tired of continually having to post the same message over and over again, I will instruct all staff in the future to trash all similar threads in the future. Please send me a PM and we can discuss any concerns you have.

No rep has ever been removed from Glen. They tried to make is seem like he was the bad guy for removing reps when never done so.
