Should Caylees law become a law?

I am sure that many of you in the Uniter states have been following the anthony trial about the death of her little girl. People now want to make a law where parents have to report a child missing within 24 hours and a child dead within one hour if this law passes. Failure to do so would make the child's parent a felon. Do you think this should be a law? I do not support this law. There are several different reasons. Do you support this law? Why or why not?

Well it is good thing that Missing report should be done in 24 Hours because the Police or special team for that can take some action to find the children..but i do not know the completely so cant say right now
