Would it possible to set a restriction on how many threads can be viewed in a twenty-four-hour period? If possible, a ten thread per day restriction would be reasonable.
After viewing ten threads, the guest viewer could be promoted to the following message:
It would be based off of the guest viewer's IP address.
I have been thinking about this alot lately. But I will leave it up to the community. Should guests be able to view threads, or should they be required to either sign up, or register upon going to any thread? At this time there is only a select few forums that are not visible to guests. Please vote within the poll, and post your opinions. Thanks
I have been a guest on a few other forums and it gave me a limit of viewing 5 threads then
it would make me sign up. I say that would be a good idea, because I signed up on all of the forums that had a guest limit.

They shouldn't be able to view certain parts of the marketplace. I think everything else should be allowed. It would likely discourage guests from signing up if they had nothing to view. It might be nice to have the option to choose whether you'd like guests to be allowed to view your particular market thread, so they may still see a few things. I'm sure several people have signed up and become active due to seeing something in the marketplace as well. Also, if the ten thread limit has been removed, I think it should be added back.
