Should I create a pure?

I was thinking of creating a pure for PKing, my stats aren't that good on my main atm, and I'm not sure what to do with it.

I could create a new account with an interesting name, and fund it with about 100m or so.
Would that be enough? Also, what the hell do I do with it?

99 strength, 60 attack, 1 defence, 94 mage?
Ice barrage+claws, maybe?

Not sure.

Yeah, pures are fun if your a good pker. But if your tight on cash just stick to a main.

I have like 100 something mil left, after my incident. Had to sell all my armour though, now I don't like my main anymore. =/

We weren't inviting anyone, it's in the PK section.

Yah go for it bro if you need any advice on any basic level pker hit me up and ill msg u my name on rs, if f2p its kind of lame you have to wait a bit, but with your kind of cash p2p, get 60 w cannon won't take to long and train melee
