Should i do holy grail?

Well im working on my zerker pure and did all the quests required to do for defence exp, and only level 41 def. So i was wondering if it would be smart to do holy grail, for the 11k prayer exp and defence exp. It will take me to about 44 defence if not 43.

Should I?

while you have done quite a lot of quests for me, I kinda like holy grail so will probably do myself

If you have all the other def quest done and quest for curses I would double check to make sure tho. But if you have them all done you should do it.
