I would tell the manager at your complex saying she is disturbing people and being loud...Then, I honestly would go up there and yell at her and call her a piece of shit for talking to her kid like that. smh.

Well, if the parent or guardian sounds like she's being abusive to her child, you should report it to the police. Stay put and don't lay your hands on a woman like that, you should know better.
