I gave him a neutral rep yesterday, saying he needs to relax a bit and have a laugh. Well, about 2 hours later, it's removed. Back to 100% positive rep. The whole concept of rep'ing someone, is to give an honest opinion. Now, when someone removes their honest opinion (if it's rude, then do it) and explains why someone is negative or neutrally rep'd, why are staff then removing it? It seems in my perspective they HAVE to have a "perfect image" of themselves. That wasn't the idea of rep to favor staff members. It was for anyone to give their honest opinion on someone.
