No I don't think students should wear uniforms. I think there should be a dress code but why would any one want to wear a uniform to school unless it is a Military School?

As far as i know in collage you don't need to wear uniform now a days. But if you are in a millitary school even if you are major you need to wear uniform and i guess millitary uniform are very smart to look.In school you must need to wear uniform for maintain discipline.

well yes.
uniforms should be there both in school as well as college.but one day of the week should be a casual day and students should be allowed to wear dresses of their choice.this way nobody's feeling would be hurt.students will be having one day of freedom while administration will be having 5 days of discipline.

For me no!
Uniformed students look like a herd of sheep. And you heard the old saying about same uncustomized shoes! They are designed to fit both the feet but actually fits none!

from my experience , school uniform is necessary for those youngsters until they are in high school , when they started to go to college , they are free to choose their dress code . this because small kids needs to build their disciplinary attitude about dressing .When they get older , they will have the right desire to wear what they love to . my answer is yes

uniform...what does the name suggest??? the uniform is nothing but it brings uniformity among all..there is no discrimination of a rich and a poor child...all are same in a school. had the uniform in school been avoided, students would have not experienced fair education from teachers also...so pardon but its a necessity in school!

I strongly believe that students should wear school uniforms. In fact, that should be mandatory in all schools. It's a way of representing your school and a way of being recognized.

In my opinion, uniforms should only be necessary in both Primary and High school. For the Americans to wear a uniform at the age of like 18, for college, is just stupid. Most people in college at that age are smart enough to dress appropriately.

As for Primary and High schools, uniforms must be worn to better represent the school. Although, uniform free days should be had monthly.

Uniforms aren't even that bad, but I'd still rather not wear one.

I go to a private college, and we don't even have to wear uniform. Before this, I went to a normal university and they tried to make us wear collared shirts... they school flipped out and out ruled it, thankfully. I'm against the idea. Yeah sure it may make your school look nice, but it's a pain in the *** for the students.

I don't think schools should force people to wear uniforms. And if you want your school to be recognized... do something yourself.

No I think wearing a uniform is a horrible idea. It just shows that everyone is the same. Yes it means no one will make fun of you for it, but it should be your choice to dress how you want as long as it follows a dress code of some sort.
