Because no one was posting, and just using the shout box instead so it was removed.

Shoutbox's are for bigger forums with consistent members, Which we don't have atm.

Honestly, it's for the best. I've seen a chatbox kill multiple forums.
EX: cardforums.co.cc

Yep, but would like to see it back if we get bigger, though we will need some advertising. Only like 10-20 people joining everyday now.
