Any possibility of the shoutbox at the side of homepage or external URL to a shoutbox for registered members?

This has been suggested before, and denied. Sorry but I doubt this will be getting added in.

This has been suggested probably over 50 times, it will decrease alot of activity so it won't be implemented sorry.
