Silly CopyRight Question ?

Iam having a strange question to every webmaster out here,

Suppose that there is a website which is copyrighted and I really liked an image on it and want to use it.

If i download the image and re-upload it to a image hosting website and use it on my website with that image hosting link , will that be considered copyright ?

Can google or that website owner lodge a complaint legally for copyright violation ?

Please answer to this question as iam really puzzled.

If the image is copyrighted no you can't do it, don't know why you downloading it and uploading it some where else would make it not copyrigthed anymore.
