Start off by going to the games room and running to a bank.
Equip your favorite combat gear, heres mine for a example.
Make sure your inventory is similar to mine.
Run past the combat guild and you will see a man. Enable protect from range and run up until you see trolls with clubs.
Attack the trolls and pickup any herbs,runes or other expensive things they drop
Try to stay next to the houses because the thrower trolls will attack you and lure you to them which is multi combat.
I had a pretty bad trip but you get the idea.
