Sleep with Television

Most of people have a habit of watching television in the bed and sleep with television program. I have also this type of habit watching television for late night and sleep without switch off television. Do you have also this type of habit and is this a good or bad habit?

sometimes because i feel so sleepy i forgot to turn off tv, but when i wake up for drink i turn off it. but today, i always turn off the tv before go to bed.

I also sleep while watching television when i feel so tired and sleepy. But from last month if i feel sleepy then i don't see television, just go to my bed for sleeping.

Previously, yes, I had that habit, watching TV I gonna feel so sleepy and I just fell asleep. Now, before sleep I'll turn the Television off, always.

It's pretty bad for you to sleep with the TV on (Bad radiation).

I don't even have a TV in my room. Yay! Lol.

I don't need the tv in order to fall asleep. The only times I have used it for that is when I watched a scary movie and was afraid to go to sleep right away

it is rare, but that happens to me some times. I think it can't be a good habit. You waste energy, and you wake up with back pain. Nothing worse than that :S

Yep that would be me.. I'm a really deep sleeper my mom says I can sleep through a big earthquake if I wanted too.. I'm a pretty deep sleeper.. I always fall asleep with my TV on and I can't even hear it... Beats me... But it bugs my mom.

It happens to me everytime im tired from work,and then i watch tv,and i didnt nOTice that i fall asleEP,i just turn it off after i wake up..

I can sleep with the tv on if i am to tired, then the tv does not bother me infact i really like it. But i am a light sleeper 90% of the time i wake up if i hear noise.

Sometimes i like to leave the Tv on music channels when i go to sleep but never leave it on all night. Just program it to turn off after 15 or 20 minutes because if it doesn`t turn off it is just a waste of electricity. And frankly i have problems sleeping if the Tv is on... i don`t know why but it bothers me
