I'm sure most of you have seen what happened with a Twitter I was selling. My question is:


If I sell someone a social medium and they try to swap it and it gets turboed are they entitled to a refund?



This is just for future reference since I would start to think twice before selling my stuff if I have to provide refunds all the time. People could even try to set you up by faking a failed swap on their part. Just wondering though not a huge deal really.

If they're just swapping it out of randomness then no.

But what happened to me yes, bc I thought the account was being hacked ah.

Honestly no... What they choose to do with account is there choice. But if it's banned or something from past members wrong doing such as a tag banned from past user saying they are selling it, then they should be.

Bro I really like you so it's hard for me to say this. I'm 100% sure that you didn't confirm the email you changed it to. If you did then it would show two registered emails on the password reset page:

The first one was the OG email which was my email and the second one is yours. There was no other owners of that Twitter account except for you and me so the only suspicious activity that would show up is the fact that you didn't confirm the new email. -______________-

Like I have no idea what you were thinking when you tried swapping it...

It was one hundred percent registered, it didn't have that annoying yellow box at the top prompting me to confirm the email. That was the first thing I done. I'll even show proof if you want -.-

No he does not owe you a refund. Completely your fault. @ghost no you do not in any reasonable circumstance.

No, almost every tag I have ever sold has been turboed, never issued a refund.
