(Small) Award Suggestion

Just a small suggestion, nothing important. Wouldn't even be insulted if no one looked at this.

We have an award for staying active in the 'Computing' section, but not for the 'Webmaster' section.
My suggestion is either:

1. Add a new award, similar to this one, and make it for the 'Webmaster' section instead of 'Computing'.
   Or
2. Make it so that if you keep either the 'Webmaster' and/or the 'Computing' section active.
