Ripped my driver's side mirror off, dented up my car, and put some deep as scratches in it while I was on vacation (some sort of "incident" as the note he left said). He left a note with info and a phone number. I've called him twice now and it's been 3 days, and I've yet to have a response. He's more of a half douche because he left some info, but who knows it might've been fake for spectators nearby who witnessed it. Think I should contact the police in a few days with the info I got? I have a name, number, and email.
