Social Networking

Social Networking has taken over and revolutionized the world. There's no doubt about that. The news is being broadcasted via Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube. Has it gone too far though, or is there still room to grow?

Celebrities have had their careers questioned due to Tweets, false information is being spread daily, and more and more people get sucked into the social realm being offered to them without even realizing it. There are many people addicted to Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, etc. Has it taken over our generation in a more positive or negative light? Both can be argued. I want to hear what you guys think.

yes SN will be hear for ever and it will be revolutionized as the years go by. i do agree that it has taken over most people and more and more people are anti social.

Social Networking is out of control. People spend way too much time obsessing over each other, especially over things that shouldn't even matter. It also creates so much drama and tension between friends, significant others, and employers. There's a lot you can do with it and it's obviously fun, but I don't think the pros of it can outweigh the cons. I can get caught up in social networking and sometimes I'll just stop, look at the clock, realize how much of my very short and continuously ending life I've wasted, and be upset with myself.

I hardly even use any Social Networking sites, I deleted my Facebook awhile ago because it was annoying.
The only things I use are Tumblr and Twitter to an extent.

However, I do think it's becoming a little too much, I think it's ridiculous how you can put something on a social network and in a few minutes it's been passed around to everyone you can imagine.
I don't think Social Networking has nessicarily gone too far, I think we're pushing it past what it was intended for sometimes.

Social Networking is not a negative thing. Getting cyber bullied? Theres an off button for a reason. Making yourself look bad? Your fault.
