Society, when we think of the word, we think of advancement. We think of the benefits that other people like us put forth. We think of what achievements mankind has made in the last XX years... but what else comes to mind when we here the word? A few things come to mind for me. Hate, misplaced morals, depression, sadness, happiness, anger, fear, oppression, and overall, greed. Society dictates what all of these things are and tells us which ideals are good and which ideals are bad.
It's the corruption of man, the breeding ground of greed, and the rise of oppression. Of course, it is the state in which we hope to exist, but do we ever really think of what it is?
