Well, I've found a way to obtain the cash in my middle-of-nowhere Canadian town while still allowing people to pay through a convenient medium - Moneypak (or BitCoin!). As I'm unable to redeem Moneypak in Canada, Philly (as a middleman) will redeem the code and send me the cash.
