1) RuneScape Give-away section.

Why was the format removed for requesting auths? It was the only thing that gave the forum a bit of decency. Now it's just a LQ fest.

Proposed format:

Auth(s) I am requesting:
Why I feel I deserve them:

Is it to hard to copy and paste?

2) Thread set to as solved.

Does this make sense?

This thread has been set to as [SOLVED].
Shouldn't it be: This thread has been set as [SOLVED]?

RE: 2 things

1) the format doesn't matter, in the end it is just a person asking for an auth

2) not really a big thing

RE: 2 things

The auth format would make the section and posts more organized. Also there is a plug in (one free and one paid) that sets any message as a default format so when the user clicks the "New Thread" it will display the new thread page with the default message so the user can just fill in the form and post it :D

It's just a LQ feast right now though.
I know but want to stay professional.

Thanks loading.

Yeah, I've seen that, I can't remember the name though. Would be easy enough to create though.

Checks forum ID, if it's in the right forum ID show message in the thread, or something like that. :)

There is really not much to say when asking for it. What do you expect from a giveaway forum. Anyways, I find that it just wastes staff time to monitor and enforce the rule.

I saw something on Hf with the link modified so it already had a subject/text in the box..

Definitely should be done.

It can be done using XThreads.

RE: 2 things

Auth requesting is stupid anyways. If people want share their auth on their request thread, wouldn't they just make a thread to share the auth period?

Anyways.. Eventually I'll have every single auth from RSBots, and the reason to request auths will pretty much be gone ;)
