I checked your usergroup and it all seems okay, not really sure what's wrong. Maybe @"Mike" can help as he banned you, maybe he done something to your account.

I think they did something backwards. You can't post threads yet you can give people reputation ratings. Personally I think that should be switched around. You should still be able to post things since you are unbanned now. But you should permanently lose the privilege to rate people via the Reputation system since you don't know how to use it properly. @"Glen"
