I don't really the issue, everyone has a fair chance to gain points. If the points are lowered, those who are not on top will still be gaining the same amount of points as those who are on top, which really makes the entire thing unnecessary.

Why should there be a cap? Wouldn't be fair to the people are actually active ALL the time.

If you lower the points, people with high amount of points will still have a lot of points.
If you reset the points, people that have a lot will be pissed.

All in all, if you lower the points, you still end up with a high number, it's just a high number, but the winner still wins.
Do you see what I mean?

To inform you, the Sponsors and RG Elite get more points per post.

NOTE: RG Elite members get 1.25 points for evere 1 point a normal member gets, and Sponsors get 1.5 points for every 1 point a normal member gets. Therefore, if you're upgraded, you'll have an advantage now and in the next upcoming contests! To upgrade, click here.
