Well recently I had over 200 members sign up to this site. And then Elite takes away 800 of my RG points.

Here is a PM I sent to Elite.

"Please explain to me how this is unfair. I did it completely legit and inside the rules. No where in the rules did it say this. Some people make their points by posting, and me, I do it by referrals. I can't stay at home all day and post, so I have to make points this way. It's the only fair way for me. I am just trying to win the contest like anyone else.
And if anything these referrals are making your site stats go higher. You have close or over 200 new members because of me. Then you take away 800 points? This isn't fair to me.. "

The Elite must have his reasonings. But from what you state, I see nothing wrong with it.

Well, if he took away the points because you referred "legit" members then no.
You are not in the wrong in my opinion.

There is a difference between "legit" members and "signed up under different ip's".

Don't try to change what you had done. You had contacted/spammed/paid random people to join RG in return for a favor from you/payment. You referred over 200 members that would not have been active on RG. The point of this contest is to reward members who contribute to RG and stay active, instead of just mass-referring people to RG. You referred over 200 members which is 2,000 points, yet I didn't even take half of it. I don't know if you struggle with understanding what the word 'unfair' means. You didn't participate in this contest fairly, you cheated your way through it. I understand if you referred 30/40, but if all your points are from random spam registrations, then I will not reward you with 1st place prize, since you do not deserve it.

It's called www.tumblr.com and having over 20k followers. It's the only way I can make points. I don't see how this is unfair.
I am always gone almost ALL day. So I can't post every second like Chewbaka can. Some of us have a life.
If you were going to do this, then you should have taken referrals away. And I don't see how I am NOT contributing to this forum? I have gave you over 200 new members. Sure they may not post, but still.

I really need to start viewing every thread from every angle.

If they do not post then they are not necessarily "members to the forum".

Why do you continue to complain? I only removed 40% of your points earned from referrals. You really are pushing your luck. I also don't see how 200 new members is beneficial in any way?

And that's O.K. with The Elite.
So, if it's about what you stated above The Elite then why is a "Guessing number" contest allowed.
I do not understand, how that is contributing to the forum.

As a matter of fact it is "kinda" like what Amped- is doing.

No it really doesn't. It's just the fact that none of those accounts are going to spend more than 5 minutes online. It's just spammy.

That's why he did it.

NO WHERE in the rules does it say I can't do thissss.
Ugh :\ I really could have used that 25 or 50m.. gas money would be nice.

This forum doesn have corrupt admins, these adminds are the best I know of ANY forum, amped may have got 200 referrals, but members meen nothing if they don't post.

Look Amped-, although you have contributed to the forum by referring new people, you must stop and think.
How many of them will even reach 5 posts?

I'm sure The Elites intentions were for us to refer people who are genuinely interested in RuneScape.
To be honest, having a tumblr with so many followers give you quite an unfair advantage.
Due to you having the tumblr, it is quite possible for you to win every contest.
That isn't fair is it?

The Elite did nothing that wasn't within reason.

It's so unfair that you're going to a win a prize that you just took away from another member unfairly. Your logic is flawed here, and you're really tempting me to wipe you clean, but I'm not like that. You shouldn't abuse my kindness to the members. I'm hosting contests to reward the members with some prizes, and you go and unfairly gain points, yet when you lose some of those points you complain and point fingers.
