Well pretty much what happened to me.
He can't get on RG, the browser says the connection timed out.
He already tried Firefox and Chrome.

how2be firewalled like nearly everyone else at one point.

I think you need his IP and give it to Glen to be whitelisted.
Keep me posted.

I gave my IP to staff to get it whitelisted or whatever and I still can't access it on any browser. This happens a few hours every day.

(on phone atm)
