[SOLVED] New Thread - Red Carpet

Currently impossible for new users to post threads in the Red Carpet section of the forum. I referred some people here and they weren't able to post there. I tried to create a new thread as well and found that the page to do so can't be accessed currently.

Fix this please.

I have updated the permissions, I'm not sure what has been changed but it should be fixed now. I will check the admin logs and see what has gone on.
