[SOLVED] PM limit, minimum posts, etc.

I'm not completely sure if this is already implemented, but if it is not, then I would like to see a minimum post count for sending a private message. I got sent a PM earlier today to a phisher, so this would help a lot in my opinion. I would also like to see(if it's not already there) a time limit on how long you can send pms, and a limit on the recipients.

Yes, I totally agree with this. Too easy for people to come here and start doing stuff they shouldn't do.

It's 10 posts to private message now, I don't want to make it much higher.
