[SOLVED] Promotion Mistake?

The user @"Incomplete" is now a moderator, but my theory is that he wasn't demoted, when he was banned. Just like Ireppgold when he was a moderator, he got limited but came back as a moderator.

Situation: I think before he was banned, he wasn't demoted, and he has returned from his ban, bringing him back the moderator position.

Incomplete, remember when he was a moderator? He got banned, for scamming I think. But they didn't demote him, they just straight banned him, and his ban ended today, and he is now a moderator.

Incomplete = Moderator

Incomplete got banned for x amount of days

Incomplete got unbanned

Incomplete comes back as moderator

Exactly what Phantomkiller42 said, but he didn't get demoted before he got banned.

He can't, he doesn't even know he's unbanned/moderator, and he can't because he's not moderating any sections. The worst he can do is scam, saying that he's Rune Gear Moderator, which he is at the moment.
