[SOLVED] Read What Help Documents? [Suggestion]

So, as of right now, when The Elite changed the Menu-Bar, we had lost access to the Help Documents unless you really went out to find it. Now, I'm not suggesting this because I don't know the rules or even because I need to find it. I already know where it is but the new members who join here who actually like to follow rules, will want to read them.

First thing I did when I joined was I went to look at the rules before anything just in case. So, I'm just saying we should add maybe another thing up in the Menu-Bar that says "Help Docs" or "Help" or "Rules. That will help some new members out and then we may not have to infract members for disobeying the rules.
