I think that if someone scams, instead of being banned, they should be sent into a scammer group and banned from the marketplace section. There are HQ members that sometimes decide they need "money". Its really sad to see them go too, just like Soul Collector on HF. And it acts as a permanent 30% warning, as well as having like, the scam report section mods reviewing their PMs before being sent. Like, if it involves a trade or something, its immediately trashed to prevent them from further scamming. Anything else will be sent.
And if they somehow get another scam, its another 30%, and a perma limit. There should be some label for them, but they should still be able to post and stuff and participate. And let's say in RG competition, scammers have a disadvantage.

Fuck that. Ban them.

If they scam, they don't deserve to be on the site anymore. If they are allowed to stay on the site, it just gives them that more time to scam other members, if they are in a limited group or not.

I know a lot of people who are HQ and just need money... They resort to scamming because its a last resort. Also, they should be IP limited... Like anyone that creates an account w/ same IP will be like reviewed by mod and 90% of the time will be insta limited unless there's a good explanation.

Lol XD. Its just a second chance. Sometimes, people need a second chance. Especially sometimes since people run into hard times.

You basically saying it's okay to scam other users that are trying to get money from something THEY worked on.

So someone in hard times can take from someone else that worked hard on what they made.

I don't know how much more i could disagree.

I never said it was okay.
They're banned from marketplace permanently anyways.
I'm just saying give them a chance to become a HQ member still.

If they still screw that up, they're still banned.

Yeah some people deserve a second chance, but not all do. So how would we decide who to give a second chance, or we could just ban them for 2 months. Once they come back they are permanently banned from the market place?

Or maybe just a 1-2 weeks, if you ban them for 2 months, most likely they would not come back.

They deserve to be banned.
If a second chance if thought upon they should use the "Contact Us" form to ask for it.

After requested, The Elite will then Accept or Deny they're case.

Regardless, most scammers are not high quality.
Or were only being High Quality to scam.

If they get banned, they will usually just start up another account forcing staff to look into their I.P.'s and confirm they are on a second account.

Why not cut down some of the work and create a limited group?

If they have a scammer title, it's not like anyone is going to trade with them anyways. As well, they will most likely be be shunned away from most people, so they may just leave on their own.

If they decide to "troll" or just be retarded about it because they are in the scammer group, then ban them.

I guess this could be argued with "If they get put into the scammer group, they may just make a second account anyways" so that is the only flaw really.

I don't know, it seems like a good idea and I guess I am kind of "iffy" on it.
