Is there a site available that can convert keyboard art, so that it can be used on STEAM bios or Xbox bios?

Example:
If you put this image into your bio for Xbox or STEAM it will be very disorientated.

I remember doing this before, back in the old says of XBL. Though, I heard you can get banned for doing this.

I don't have a Xbox anymore. Mine is for STEAM. Yeah, I use to do it on the box all the time though. Can't figure it out on STEAM.
