I. LOVE. The. Smilies. :in love:

Seriously, the huge amount of smilies are among the biggest reasons I post.
"*Boring thread...* *Boring Thread...*:zz:"
"Oeh!:yuush: In this boring thread I can use a smiley I never used before:want:, LETS POST IN THERE!"

So yeah, good work, Crayo. :D
...And that other guy with the long name.

I also think the smilies give the written text an extra dimension when read:blush:. That's fun.:X3:

Haha I also love the smilies, but since I have to be professional most of the time I don't get the chance to use them :(!

Credit goes to Sky- for finding me those smilies though. I've noticed in your posts you have a fetish for them.

Oh, god, I do.
When I'm supposed to write something serious it's just so unbelievably hard for me not to use them.
I love expressing emotion, and the smilies are also very well made, so I love looking at them as a designer, too.

I agree that these smilies are super sexy! :D
I just like the awesome faces they make: :eek:mg: :yarr: :sigh:

Check this out:

It's due to the wrong assumption that showing emotion by using smilies is unprofessional.
People tend to connect professionalism with shallowness, dullness. There's little room for emotion in that 'ideology'.

However, this is strictly a case of mind of matter. If you don't mind, it doesn't matter.

:D

Volenar, explain how smilies make posts "seem" less HQ.

The constant use of smilies makes you look rather childish and your posts can annoy others.

But that doesn't necessarily mean the post is going to be any less HQ.
