Some issues with PayPal

I have had some issues with PayPal and I am worried that they're going to keep my money.

They keep putting my payments that I am receiving and withdrawing on hold to review them. I had a diff PayPal account before and it got limited because I couldn't provide identity because it went past the EU limit for receiving or some shit like that.

Anyways, I tried to withdraw £233 to my bank account and they placed that on hold and I sold an item on eBay for £408 and they have that pending too. Do any of you guys think that they are doing this because it is under the same ip address as my banned account?

Not sure about IP and bannings but it does usually take like 10 days for the eBay transaction to clear because of your account if it's new.

Your ebay could be holding the payment back until the buyer receives their item. You will get your money soon after.

Exactly what I was going to say. I just sold a few items on eBay and was wondering why the funds didn't arrive.

I did read that once there is proof of delivery and/or the buyer leaves positive feedback the funds are automatically released. The buyer has recieved the item and has left positive feedback. But my PayPal account is fairly new so that may be the problem.

I spoke to the eBay support and they said that everything is clear from their part. My eBay account is over 4 years old though but I did well with a new PayPal account.

Okay well I have had some issues with PayPal in the past, I have been limited many times but I'm sure you know just by adding a bank and card you are verified. But yes PayPal has had my money pending from going into my account before. I was freaking out because it was a pretty big payment. So what I did was called them and they said yeah this is normal, the payment was sent either from a unverified account or your account is unverified so they wanted to make sure the transaction goes smoothly. But you should have nothing to worry about they told me to wait 24 hours and the payment will go into my account. Don't dispute or have him resend the money because it'll just take longer and you will be more frustrated. But please let me know if this helped you out at all.
