Hopefully this won't be junked as a certain butthurt mod tends to do.
1. Stop the sales. Host community events/contests and have donations towards a final prize which you will be able to take a percentage of. Have more community involved things and you'll get more donations.
2. Choose staff better, you talk about scamming and not trusting them and that they need work. Yet you keep them and get even more.
3. With some of the extra money you are making off of those events/donations buy back some groups and awards to delete. You can then have higher transfers, more income from them, and more quality.
4. Don't make prestigious and exclusive groups & awards just to include them in sales and giveaways. Again, takes away quality.
5. Do not ban people for disagreeing or not being patient because it isn't on your time. You wouldn't want to be kept waiting for something you paid for or earned. (Hence staff)
6. Limit the number of mods and let them work towards staff, then choose staff and promote more mods.
7. Take suggestions and criticism into consideration instead of acting out against it. If your members are unhappy then see what would help, don't just ignore them because you believe they fear you.
8. Don't unban scammers, enough said.
9. Get email verification so it isn't so damn easy to make a multi like seriously.
10. Allow self bans.
There are a start to some of my suggestions, I decided it's be better if I made this instead of being harsh and upfront about problems.
Care to take a look @Philly @Raptor
