Please note that everything in this post is simply my opinion, and you have every right to disagree.
This is no criticism on any of the staff or owners but something needs to bed done. Blatantly the forums are falling apart. Buy a sticky on a website, advertise on youtube or something. Were not generating new members. People want to talk about quality of members, while we barely can sustain a quantitative of members.
The marketplace is currently the biggest shit show on the forums. I'm not calling anyone out in particular, but I would say somewhere between 40-50% of all threads in the marketplace are members looking to make a quick buck from a scam before they leave RG. As seen within the past week, multiple members have been banned due to scamming.
Also, for those of you who do come on, try and post! There used to be a time when I could go on my phone and click "New Posts" and their would actually be some fucking new posts. Now I'll be lucky if theirs one.
A suggestion of mine is to broaden the horizon of topics offered on the forum. I'm not going to tell you what to do, as that's not my responsibility. Assumingly by broadening the content and advertising, we could draw some increased interested in the forums.
I don't know, this is just my thought process, I may be right, I may be wrong. I don't care what it is though, something needs to change on these forums before they shutdown.
