Well to me looks like this forum dont care about the scammers this is the only problem of the board.

You could make plugin that uses paypal api & lr api to fund a "runegear" wallet with the verification of sms to the paypal phone number and lock the paypal account to one account & also lock it to one ip, then once person x sends funds to person y for a item then person y cannot cashout hes runegear balance for 3 days (Time for person x to make a disputes) and once person y cashes out his funds the admins take a 4% fee for beer.

This will stop the nigerian kids who use scampal because there mother doesnt feed them

No its truth if these scampals see that the forum is weak they will just make 10000s accounts, spam 200 post spend $5 for the upgrade and scam $100 then get banned.

Its ruins the marketplace & makes everyone paranoid to do trades.

It's profitable, so just posting about is not going to make it stop.

The only person who can stop it is TE, but he doesn't get much done anymore so don't expect a REAL solution to this issue until either.

A. He implements a real solution and not one of his TE-Brand quick fixes.
B. The forum dies in 6 months.

We care about scammers, trust me about that. I'm also considering that forum shop system, it sounds amazing. I've got respect for you for suggesting that, cheers mate!
