no my dear i am against your views.now the era has changed.most of us are supporting now a single child no matter whether its a girl or boy.no doubt this question existed years before and even in our elder generation but now things have changed a lot and is changing continuously.people have started to treat both as equal.

yes if you are speaking about India that's true.even now in some of our poor villages this is the problem.they give preference to boys and take girls as a huge responsibility.they don't even try to understand true potential of their girl child.
In my country, sons and daughters are treated as equal. But I have to say sons are more favored in most part of the world since they carry the family name and family's legacy. I hope this kind of practice should be forgotten.
Daughters were treated very badly and everyone was so sexist to them. Daughters did not even do anything to deserve being treated so badly.
Even now in our days there are some sexist acts on girls. So everyone has to treat everyone equal. Because we are all the same.
It's so sad to know that there are places where women treat unequally to men. I hate that thing! I always believe that we are all created in God's image and likeness,so i think we should be treateD equally regardless of the gender.
Children regardless of their genders should be treated with equal rights and love. It would be very unfair to any of the kids. Parents should not side with anyone, they should set a good example to kids by showing them that they want all the kids to have equal opportunities.
