Same shit happened to me. Call up kik and say you went into a coma and forgot everything.....vouch this method mehehehe.

I think you're screwed then. Unless you manage to remember your password I doubt anyone could crack it unless you gave it a really bad password
I always add and verify real emails to my kiks and save the passwords on my phone and on paper notes.
