Spare RuneScape account?

Hi guys, just wondering if anyone has a spare RuneScape account they could donate to me?

My account has been hacked, and I can't recover it as the 'original owner has cleaned it' what ever that's supposed to mean, as I'm the owner.

Preferably Level 100+, about 5m?
