But to answer your question, I don't know if they would in the Netherlands.

I just bought 4 codes and can vouch that I've personally applied 3 of them to accounts and they do worth for full premium and they do bump the sub date out a full 12 months with each code.

I added 2 to my account, here's a cut and paste from my sub page:

Subscription status

You are registered for Spotify Premium until 2013-08-17. After this period your account will become a Spotify Free account unless you choose to renew your subscription.

Applied another to my son's account, worked great.

Sent a 4th code to my buddy, I'm sure it will work fine.

Smoking hot deal!
