You can make a Spotify account under 5 minutes. Simply go to http://www.mail.com/ make a email. It doesn't require any phone or nothing like that so it's perfect to use. After that simply go to https://www.spotify.com and make an account.
If this is in the wrong section or isn't allowed please PM me. I don't want to break any rules but didn't see any rules against it.
