If someone is garenteed profits, then does that mean your loosing money when you could be spreading for yourself and making all the money?? Seems a bit fishy, please explain how this is mutually beneficial, because spreading always seems fishy to me. Most people who can spread really well, only spread for themselves.

You are failing to see my point.

All of the consequences you have named would be due to spreading a virus, irregardless of whose virus it is. So if you can spread as efficient as you are claiming you can, then you could easily make more money spreading your own virus. Therefor, my logical conclusion is one of two.

1: You will not actually spread the virus, you would just give them installs, or another means of compensation.

2: You will not spread efficiently, and it will not be worth the 10M.

Why do you think there are no spreading services? Because all of the good spreaders, spread for themselves. The other spreaders are not good.
