Staff Feedback Section

Hello FK. Today I am suggesting the implementation of a section where each staff member can create a feedback thread. On these threads users publicly can leave their feedback for the moderator. These threads are great ways for for letting the mod know that they are doing well or leaving them constructive criticism. They are used on many other sites and I think it would be nice to have on these forums. Thanks

I think it could work, but it might be used as an avenue for people flaming mods they dislike. The staff on FK are more approachable than on many other forums, PMing them is generally what I do if I wish to convey something.

Yes, I'm aware of that already. (You didn't have to point it out with arrows and circles like I'm mentally challenged or something.) I just fail to see why it being public is a necessity. However, I don't mind either way.

If people use it for flaming they can be infracted.

If you were aware of that, there would be no need for you to post what you did. =S

Yeah, there was. I was purely manifesting we already have a section for staff feedback and doing this is unnecessary.

Based on many previous experiences, let me tell you why this is necessary in my opinion. Having a public feedback system will:

> Eliminate mods "sweeping things under the carpet" because they do not want to be seen in a bad light and if they have a feedback page full of negative experiences with said moderator than their position should be up for question. No one wants to be on a site where the mods are power trippin' 24/7 so this would in a way encourage the mods of this site to stop being ass holes (hopefully).

> On a lighter note, maybe it can show professional mods that their work is appreciated. I'm sure next to no one uses the Private Inquires section to leave positive feedback.

Tl;dr just add it. What bad can come from this? Any flaming can result in infraction.

That won't happen, everyone will flame McLovin

If they flame him then they can suffer the consequences and get infracted. It's not meant to be a flaming section lmfao. Although if certain members are receiving large amounts of reasonable negative feedback, that's would be bad =S

Simply use Private Enqueries. There's a reason why it is private.

For now, this is not going to happen as we have the Private Enquiries section and having this public like others have said cause drama and get a lot of flaming.

Support, staff have a lot of improvement to do and this would be a good way to let them know what they are doing wrong.
